- Entered the correct details: as per Amana Capital’s policy, any discrepancies or incorrect information will result in your withdrawal being rejected or delayed.
- Requesting a withdrawal from the same source as the one you funded from: in compliance with Amana Capital’s policy and International Money-Laundering (AML) regulations.
Delayed payment Issues
If you’ve received an email confirmation that your withdrawal has already been processed, take note of the following:
- Card withdrawals may take a maximum of 3 -15 working days.
- Bank withdrawals may take a maximum of 1-5 working days.
