For a faster and smoother approval process, we recommend taking a live photo of your Proof of Identity (POI), such as your passport or government-issued ID, instead of uploading an existing photo or file.
For your Proof of Residence (POR), a live photo is not required as long as the document is clear, readable, and of good quality.
If you’re unable to upload your documents through the platform, you can send them to us by email at support@amana.app so we can assist you with completing your registration.
