How long does it take to process my withdrawal?

From amana side, we always aim to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, and it usually takes up to 48 hours.

From the bank’s side, the time it takes for the funds to reach your account may vary depending on the method you choose:

1-Card Withdrawals: Usually 3–5 business days
2-Bank Transfers: Typically, 1–5 business days, depending on your bank
3-E-wallets (if available): Often processed within 24 hours

Important Note: Withdrawals are usually returned to the same funding source used for deposits.
If your funds take more than 5 business days to be credited to your account, you can contact us at support@amana.app to request a proof of refund so you can track your payment with your bank.
