A hedging account allows you to hold multiple positions on the same instrument at the same time, including positions in opposite directions.
For example, you can have a Buy position of 500 units and a separate Sell position of 200 units on the same instrument without automatically reducing or closing the Buy position.
Each position remains separate and can be managed or closed individually.
